We ship with the couriers Poste, GLS, TNT, UPS and DHL.
We ship throughout Italy (mainland and islands), except for Livigno, free zones and Vatican City, as well as to Europe and the other destinations listed on this page.

When your order is taken in charge
Once the actual availability of the ordered products has been confirmed, your products are handed to the courier within 24/48 hours. The times shown refer to deliveries on the Italian mainland and islands.
Product delivery hours
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 19:00. It does not deliver after a phone call or within specific time slots.
You will receive updates on your shipment at the e-mail address provided when ordering or by SMS.
If nobody is there to receive the courier
If nobody is there to receive the courier at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a delivery notice and then contacts our staff to let us know that the product is being held at their depot.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier strikes, absent recipients or an unknown or incorrect address.
We will arrange for the parcel to be sent out for delivery again. Please also note that shipments may be delayed during holiday periods.
Days when no shipments are made
The express courier does not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. It is also closed on the following dates, which may extend the expected delivery times.
